AXIVUS REV™ App is launched, providing self-service quoting and ordering to homeowners.
Lead generation campaigns are launched to drive traffic to the contractor’s white-labeled AXIVUS REV™ App.
The AXIVUS Intake Agent (Aia) receives every new inbound RFQ, evaluates fit and record completeness, then forwards the RFQ packet for contracting.
New RFQ packets are fortified with supplemental context from AXIVUS OS, AXIVUS PDR, public databases, and bespoke dynamic-context inference architecture outputs.
Out-of-scope RFQs are automatically RFQ packed and bird-dogged to an AXIVUS REV™ network affiliate.
Ada receives context-bathed in-scope RFQ packets, communicates with clients to clarify scope, drafts approved proposals, and schedules virtual or in-person design consults.
When a proposal is accepted, Ada generates the work order or contract and sends copies to both parties to review and sign before initial payment is processed.
AXIVUS REV™ integrates with vendors, expeditors, CRM and PM platforms, calendars, and email to make purchasing and scheduling flow from the signed agreement.
